If you are interested in how climate change awareness shapes emotions and wellbeing or you want to contribute to research on this topic, come join our online event!
Project Inauguration Webinar: Emotional responses to climate change – mental health and climate action taking
17th June 2021, from 11.00 – 14.00 CEST.
The event will be held in English.
Participation is FREE of charge.
Click here to register for the webinar.
We cordially invite professionals and activists from multiple disciplines, including scientists, clinical psychologists and psychotherapists, NGOs and grassroot movements and anyone interested in the topic. The webinar is the opportunity to meet and learn from leading scientists in environmental psychology (prof. Christian Klöckner from Norwegian University of Science and Technology), neuroscience (prof. Artur Marchewka from Polish Academy of Sciences) and clinical psychology (dr Jarosław Michałowski from SWPS University), as well as other researchers, activists and organisations. We hope that our meeting can inspire cooperation and interest in research on this important topic.
Join us to hear an introductory lecture on climate change psychology, a presentation of our research project and reports from our recent studies – interviews conducted in Poland and Norway and an online experiment on mapping the climate emotions in the body (you will have a chance to try it during the event, too!).
Feel free to share this with your colleagues, friends and anyone potentially interested both locally and internationally.
