ABOUT ME:
My main research interests are affective neuroscience, neuroscience of language, brain plasticity, and neuroimaging methodology. In latest years I developed the Nencki Affective Picture System and Nencki Affective Word List. My team is also involved in applied research Sentimenti aiming at analyzing emotions in written texts. I am also a head of the Laboratory of Brain Imaging (LOBI) at the Nencki Institute.
My recent research is focused on emotional responses to climate change, their relation to mental health and climate action taking.
